Rates and Packages for Winter 2008

* Direct PHONE or EMAIL bookings only, some restrictions apply, rooms only unless otherwise stated. Not valid with prior reservations. All specials are not available peak or holiday periods, or on special event weekends.

In order to guarantee a reservation, a deposit of one night or 50% is required. Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of deposit. A refund less a per room $35 administrative fee will be given if cancellation is received 15 days (30 days holiday and peak periods or for group reservations a 60 day cancellation policy is in effect) prior to arrival date. The guest agrees to make payment on entire remaining balance at check-in. A 16% tax and service is added to all rates. *
